individuals. A Quality Assurance Program is a necessary companion to technical excellence in achieving the policy and objectives
of EDI. EDI provides the customer with the best possible combination of competitive pricing, ultimate quality, and timely
delivery of services. Our objective is to generate needed, useful, and wanted services of unquestioned quality at equitable
prices. A defined Quality Assurance plan, however, is a difficult agenda to define for service-oriented operations because the
